Shipping & Returns

 

  1. If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 15 working days.
  2. We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
  3. Wrong product received
  4. Manufacturing Defect and Damage with proof of damaged product pictures
  5. Under 3. And 4. we will arrange for a reverse-pickup. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product 
  6. A refund / replacement will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product or if  a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product. 
  7. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  2. We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
  3. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.
  4. To ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and safely, Fire-Boltt  uses only reputable courier partners.
  5. While Fire-Boltt attempts to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
  6. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
  7. A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting the website. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
  8. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
  9. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
  10. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
